🌲 Atherton & Menlo Park: The Lume Project

In Menlo Park, a major redevelopment is moving forward to bring hundreds of new residential options to the area.

  • Project Name: The Lume Project (formerly Menlo Uptown).
  • Residential Units: This development will introduce a total of 483 new residential units, which include 441 rental apartments and 42 townhomes.
