Redwood City, San Carlos: 1232–1244 Cherry Street (Affordable Housing)
Project Type: 100% Affordable Rental Housing
Current Status: Under Construction
Located in San Carlos, the project at 1232–1244 Cherry Street reflects the city’s focus on transit-oriented, affordable living. This 33-unit building is currently under construction, with a projected completion date of December 2026. Portola Valley, Woodside: Skyline Open Space (North of 19501 Skyline Blvd)

Current Status: Planning / Rezoning Phase
Following an update to Portola Valley’s Housing Element in early 2026, the Skyline Open Space site has been identified to help meet state-mandated housing goals. Located on a 14.6-acre parcel, development is concentrated on a 0.8-acre area to preserve surrounding open space. The plan includes 16 very-low-income units under a proposed “Mixed-Use High-Density” zoning designation. Menlo Park, Atherton: Oak Gardens (795 Willow Rd)

Current Status: Near Completion
Oak Gardens is nearing completion in Menlo Park. This three-story development includes 59 units of supportive housing. The project is in its final stages, with completion expected in Spring 2026. Learn more.
Palo Alto, Los Altos: 2100 Geng Road
Project Type: Builder’s Remedy Townhouses
Current Status: Approved / Planning Phase
In one of the more prominent applications of the Builder’s Remedy, 2100 Geng Road will convert four former office buildings into a residential community of 165 townhomes across 65 buildings. While the project has been approved by the Palo Alto City Council, attention remains on improving transit connectivity. Mountain View, Sunnyvale: 515 N. Whisman
Project Type: Townhome Community (BMR Component)
Current Status: Pre-Construction / Approved
The former office site at 515 N. Whisman is slated for redevelopment into 195 townhomes across 30 buildings. The project includes 50 below-market-rate (BMR) units, expanding access to affordable homeownership opportunities in Mountain View. Most homes will feature three-story layouts with two-car garages. Cupertino, Santa Clara: Evulich Court / Summerhill Homes II

Current Status: Approved (April 1, 2026)
Following a 4–1 City Council vote, the Evulich Court project at 10857 Linda Vista Drive has moved into the permitting and site preparation phase. San Jose: 0 Seely Avenue (The Hanover Company)
Project Type: Multifamily Residential
Current Status: Under Construction (Framing Phase)
One of the largest residential developments in the region, the 1,472-unit project at 0 Seely Avenue is progressing steadily. Since breaking ground in mid-2025, framing is now underway. The first phase of approximately 400 units is expected to be completed by early 2027. Planned amenities include a new 2-acre public park and a dedicated dog park in North San Jose.
